Peter H KEMPER came to Limestone County, TX around 1870, I have been able to locate a large partion of his descendants. I have limited information on his daughter, May Ella Kemper who married Jeff Davis WILLIAMS. I have only possible marriage records for his daughters Mittie L Kemper who married L C GENTRY; amd Mary B Kemper who married R M HARRIS. Have not been able to locate further these two women. (Have not seen them in census indexes.) I also have limited information on Jessy Kemper Children of Peter H Kemper and Courtney A Williams 1. James Walter Kemper, b.15 November 1860 2. Peter John Morgan Kemper, b. 03 December 1862 3. Mittie L Kemper, b. Abt 1866 4. May Ella Kemper, b. 06 May 1867 5. Robert Winter Kemper, b. 03 November 1873 6. Jessy Kemper, b. 10 November 1874 7. George Kemper, b. Abt 1877 8. Mary Buela Kemper, b. Abt 1878 The Kempers are known to have been in Limestone, Hill, McLennan, Tarrant, and other Counties I have lots of other information too numerous to mention here. COFFEE-RILEY-STOGSDILL: Seeking desc of Martha "Mattie" RILEY. Married first in Dent co, MO, James STOGSDILL. They had 6 children. He died after 1900. Mattie then married Commodore COFFEE and they moved to Texas before 1910. Mattie and Commodore COFFEE also had 6 children, five boys and a girl, named Mattie. Commodore COFFEE had several children from his first marriage. Believe they lived in Hamilton Co, TX. Have photo of some family members that was taken in Hico, TX. Mattie was a half-sister t o my grandmother, Sarah Jane DESKIN/BOWEN. Other photos were taken in Mount Calm, Texas, in Limestone County. Thanks!

October 13, 1893; Ruth b. October 26, 1895, a twin sister, Ruby; Barbara Naomi b. June 16, 1899, all born in Ferris. A son Gustavus Cary Jr. b. September 25, 1907, in Amarillo. HULEN, William Wesley, born 1879 Limestone Co, TX. Married Elizabeth (Bettie) WILLIAMS in 1897 in Limestone Co., but is in Johnson Co, TX by 1910. Second marriage in 1923 in Johnson Co to Lula DEVIN. Is this her maiden name or married name. The story is t hat her father did not want her to marry a man with 10 children at home. Third marriage to Jennie Lee MCKENZIE in 1928, Johnson Co. Is this her maiden name or married name? Jennie Lee MCKENZIE's mother was married to a Mr. MENEFEE of the Rio Vista area. I s there anyone who knows of these people. BYRD, ABERNATHY: I'm looking for information on Mila Priscilla BYRD's family. Mila was born in Texas in 1871. She married William (Berry) ABERNATHY in Limestone County Texas on December 26,1891. They moved to Bibb County Alabama. After Berry's death in 19 10, Mila moved her children: Robert, Joseph and Emma back to Limestone County.
