Dubois County Query, June 4, 1997 Looking for info on Phillip WAGGONER, WAGNER. He was a German immigrant born about 1770. He married a woman believed to have the last name HELLEMS in Maryland app. 1790. They moved to KY where they had 5 sons. Their names were George John, Lewis, Jefferson P. and my great, great grandfather Joseph Allen WAGGONER. The family moved to Dubois Co. Columbia Twp. sometime in the 1840. Phillip is believed to own lot#123 and 139 in Celestine, Columbia Twp. He wasn't on the 1850 census and is belived to be have died sometime between 1843-1850 and buried in the Celestine area. Dubois County Query -- Seeking information on Stephen and Lazuras ROBERTSON. Stephen wife was Winnie CHITWOOD. Came to Indiana from TN around 1828, remained in Dubois Co. until about 1837 when they moved to Brown Co. and purchased land. Any information gratly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Searching for information on Frederick BUERCKLEY and Elizabeth Crook ATKINS Buerckley. Married 12 April 1868 in Dubois County, IN. Frederick served as a private in CO. H, 93rd Regiment of the Indiana Infantry in the Civil War, was captured and spent time in Andersonville Prison. In 1880 they resided in Hall Township--Dubois County. They had two children, Julia A. Also searching for the parentage of Susannah MAYO who married James HUTSLAR...also looking for the death records for James HUTSLAR who simply walked out the door one day and never returned. Looking for help on finding information on Peter E. ABERG and family. Peter was born in Sweden in 1846 and married Agusta who died in 1894. Peter had a son, Harry Curtis ABERG (1886 - 1938) who was married to Edith Louise RINKEL. They had two daughters, Dorothy ABERG and Edith ABERG.
