     of building. The fourth President of the United States, James Madison, was born at Belle
     Grove, his mother's family farm, located directly behind Emmanuel Church.
Built in 1860,on Route 301 in King George County going South just before you cross the river into
Caroline county into Port Royal.rom Rt 3 East, Right onto 301 South. Church will be on the
right-hand side right before crossing the bridge into Port Royal
