JOANNA FURANCE
The furnace was founded by Thomas Bull, Thomas May, Samuel Potts, and Thomas Rutter III, in 1792 in Geigertown, PA.
It was used during Berk's iron industry period.
MOUNCE HOUSE
This house was built in 1716 at Douglasville by its owner, Mounce Jones.
It is believed to be the oldest house in Berks County.
DANIEL BOONE HOMESTEAD
Located in Berks County about 8 miles east of Reading.
This is the birthplace of Daniel Boone.
Originally a log house it was covered with stone around 1779.
