Meelott, In memory of T.(Theodore), died July 27 A.D., 1840, aged 88 yrs -Watch therefore for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come- Rev. War. Veteran, Bedford Co., Militia
Mellott, In memory of John, Who departed 8th A.D., __45, aged 69 years, 3mos 15days I believe John is also a son of Theodore Meelott, and the year of death is 1845, but the first two numbers are completely lost.
Mellott, Jacob, died April 14, 1855, In his 61st Year Son of Theodore Meelott, (my direct line)
Mellott, Deliah, wife of Joseph Mellott, died Nov. 9, 1865, In her 35th year Believe to be the wife of John Wesley Mellott (b. Ca. 1828), who is probably a son of Peter (ca. 1777 - 1863) and Hester Pittman Mellott (ca. 1779 - 1866)
Melott, Malaha, wife of John D. Melott, died Feb. 13, 1857, aged 77 years, 6 mos, and 3 days John (ca. 1811 - 1886) is believed to be the son of Theodorus (ca. 1788 - 1863) and Elizabeth Trimbley Mellott.
