Coy, Johann Jacob, b. 1739 Bavaria, d. Dec. 12, 1832; Susannah, his wife, b. 1754 Bavaria, d. Oct 19, 1837
On Dec. 11, 1832, Jacob Coy II, died and was buried in the Coy family graveyard. On Oct. 19, 1837, Susannah died and was buried next to her husband.
The graveyard only has about 8 headstone in it, yet we know at least 60-70 people could be buried there..probably from 1802 - 1850. From about 1850, all family members were buried in Mt.Zion Shoup Cem., Beavercreek Twp., Greene Co., Ohio. The above photo is of my brother David Coy standing in front of our 9th great grandfather Jacob Coy and his wife Susannah's headstone. They are almost unreadable.
