Sign For St Joseph Church of The Ascension Cemetery, Jersey Township, Johnstown, Ohio. St Joseph Church of The Ascension Cemetery is located on Jug Street Rd. (CR22) between Mink St. (CR41) & Burnside Rd. (TR29). There's a large cross located on the eastern end of the cemetery with a bronze plate, which marks the original location of the first Catholic church built in Jersey Township.
