Tangipahoa People - Jules Perrin

Jules Perrin (1843-1931) and daughter Elizabeth "Elsie" Perrin (1888-1980)
Elsie m. Francis Ferrant in 1915
Jules is wearing some ribbons from a reunion of the Louisiana Division of the United Confederate Veterans.
The longer ribbon says Camp 1074, Ponchatoula, Louisiana. The smaller one appears to be a picture of a Confederate general.
