  BEVERSDORF, Alma and Harry MEIER were married on Tuesday 30 June with Pastor Selle from Shawano officiating.  The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Beversdorf and the groom is from Fort Wayne, Ind.  The bride was dressed in white with a veil and flowers.  Witnesses were Grover Beversdorf from here and Irene Katzenmeier from Gresham.  The young couple will reside in Fort Wayne where Mr Meier is employed as a Cashier for F. S. Bowser and Co.

  MINKLEY, Erich, from Milwaukee and Auguste STEFFEN were married in St Peter’s Lutheran Church last Saturday with Pastor Lorenz officiating.  Witnesses were Ernst Steffen Lydia Bartelt, Fritz Steffen, Agnes Bracke, Ed. Steffen, Emma Rekow, Ed Rekow and Emma Steffen.  The reception was held in the house of the bride’s parents.  The young couple will reside in Milwaukee.

  GIESE, Herman and Minnie BERGNER were married in Pulcifer on Wednesday.  The bride is the fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris. Bergner and Mr. Giese is a son of Mr. and Mrs. August Giese from Suring.  Mr. Giese grew up here and for many years worked in his father’s mill.  The bride was dressed in white with a wreath and veil and carried a bouquet in her hand.  Witnesses were Ella Giese, Rude Bergner, Florence Westle and Emil Giese.   The house was decorated in white and green. The young couple will make their home in our area.
