Waller, Charles Samuel   Married Emma Frances Owens in 1891,father of three.Son of Benjamin A.and Laura Toombs Waller.A breakesman on the P.F.&P.R.R.(Narrow Guage)caught between two cars at Tinders station in Orange County,Va and killed. His widow married William Lewis Haines in 1910.(pld)
