These are seasonal graphics that permit a global change to the image name, allowing holiday related graphics to be displayed on the Virginia USGenWeb TOCs.  The graphics are the same height of the USGenWeb "buttons" (100 pixels), and are 220 pixels wide.  This permits them to be displyed with minimal interference with the normal page heading.
