Wilson County, Tennessee Deed Book E, p. 598 
This Indenture made this seventeenth day of February in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen between Samuel Motheral,
James Eagan & Hugh Eagan executors of the last will and testament of
Frederick Aust deceased of the one part and James Stewart, Jun of the
County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said
Samuel Motherall, James & Hugh Eagan executors as aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars and five cents to them
in hand paid whereof is hereby acknowledged and in pursuance of the said
laswill & testament of the said Frederick Aust, decd hath bargained and
sold delivered and conveyed & confirmed and by these presents do bargain
sell alien convey and confirm unto the said James Stewart, Jun a certain
tract or parcel of land situate lying & being in the said County of
Wilson and State aforesaid on the South side of Cumberland River and is
called and bounded as follows: (To wit: Beginning at a Elm & Hackberry)
James Stewarts corner of a Sandy Oak thence running up the meandering of
the river two hundred and ten poles to two Hackberrys, thence West two
hundred and twenty one poles to two Dogwoods & Black gum sapling in
James Landers line thence East on the line one hundred and eighteen
poles to a stake, thence North 35 Degrees West to the beginning
containing one hundred acres with the developments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said James
Stewart his heirs and assigns and the said Samuel Motherall, James Eagan
& Hugh Eagan will ... by virtue of the full power & authority in them
vested by the said last will & testament of Frederick Aust decd do &
will warrant and forever defend for and in behalf of the heirs and
representatives of the said deceased here before recorded land bargained
provinces free & clear of all manners of claims whatever. 
In testimony whereof the said Samuel Motherall, James Eagan & Hugh Eagan
executors as aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and seals the date
above written.

Wilson County Court)     The within deed of bargain & sale from Samuel
Motherall James Eagan & Hugh Eagan executors of the last will and

acres of land was duly proven in open court by the oaths of William Gray
and James Stewart two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered
by the court to be registered.
