John WATSON ‘s 557 acres of land lying on West Harpeth conveyed by Robert Searcey attorney in fact for Jacob C. Wikoff, Ann Wikoff , Peter
Wikoff, and Isaac Wikoff registered May 31th 1820.

This indenture made this sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twenty between Jacob C. Wikoff, Ann Wikoff,
Peter Wikoff, & isaac Wikoff heirs of Isaac Wikoff deceased by their
attorney in fact Robert Searcy of the Town of Nashville in the State of
Tennessee of the one part and (to) John Watson of the county of
Williamson and State aforesaid of the other part.... sum of six thousand
six hundred eighty four dollars ... tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the county of Williamson on the waters of West Harpeth River beginning at Maj. Absolam TATUM ‘s south west corner at a
white oak...line of Hardy MURFREE ‘s 5760 acre tract ....

This indenture made the fifteenth day of Dec. eighteen hundred and
nineteen between James FRAZER & Hugh KIRKPATRICK both of Sumner? County
Tennessee of the one part & (to) John POLK of the other part of
Williamson County & state aforesaid... fifteen hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the said Polk....tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Williamson & State aforesaid on the waters of

said James Taylor for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred

corner of a line of a track of land granted to John McNary thence south

Beginning at sink hole spring a few poles rather east of Souuth of a
sinkhole spring used by WILLIAM HALBERT at a cedar and ash marked in the
east boundary line of a track in the name of John McNary running thence
south with his line ......to... tract entered in the name of CADER
DEMENT assignee of WILLIAM D.? LEWIS beginning at an elm Samuel WILSON
‘s south west ... REEDER ‘s line or REEDE ‘s line....
