DIED
At the residence of H B Smith near Granville on Tuesday 2nd Inst. Mrs.
Vallie E O'Brien, wife of Mr A O'Brien of Nashville. She was a daughter
of H B Smith of this county and granddaughter of Rev. John L. Dillard.
This estinable lady had been married but a few months and had just
returned from a bridal tour through the N. W. and Canada.
We deeply sympathize with her many friends, with whom her memory will be
handed down as one of whom it may truly be said:
"None knew her but to love her,
None named her but to praise."
