Know all men by these that whereas an execution Isued from Edward Gwin Esqr. In
Favour of Robert Moffitt and against John W. Kerkpatrick Wm. Redman & Hiram
Lawrence founded on a judgement rendered on the 26th day of January 1828 for The
Sum of thirty two dollars & sixty cents debt & Thre dollars & Seventy-four cents
Costs also one execution in favour of Elijah   for Twenty dollars debt and three
dollars Costs Isued by Edward Gwin Clk and founded on a judgement rendered
before James Shields Esqr on the 26th day of Decr 1827 and against Jnow
Kerkpatrick & Stayed by David Moore and all of which Executions are against the
Sd John W. Kerkpatrick and whereas the aforesaid Executions were levied by me on
a certain Negro Girl named Sarah aged about fourteen years as the proper ty of
Said Kirkpatrick on the 24th day of March 1828 and after haveing Been duely
advertised offered for Sale on the fifth Aprile 1828 and Sold to David Moore he
being the highest and last bidder for the Said Sum of two Hundred.  Now I Sam'l
L. Nesbitt constable as aforesaid by virtue of the power and authority vested in
me as Such do hereby Sell & convey all the right title Claim and interest which
the Said Kirkpatrick had at the time of Said buy And Sail in Said Negro to Said
David Moore in as full as ample a manner as I am by law bound to do

In witness whereof I have here unto Set my hand and
Seal this 5th day of April 1828
