In the Carolina Room, I have stored many documents that pertain to the State of 
South Carolina, however, I do have some records that I have acquired from other 
States, as well. Here you will find a little bit of my Family History, South 
Carolina Misc. Records extracted, from (wills, deeds, marriage records, deaths 
records, probate records) Penitentiary Records, Coroner Inquisitions, Church 
Cemetery transcriptions where to get copies of these books, pictures, census 
information, surname connections, Mortality records, Slave records and Mortgage 
Records. 
 
Many of the items in my possession, were copied from the original document and 
later compiled and placed in one of my many databases, for future reference. 

Keep in mind, that a lot of hard work has been placed in the years of research 
that I have done. Most of what you will find here I freely share, with the 
understanding that it is copyrighted material, published either by me or someone 
else, that I have acknowledged.

Archives of Churches 1935.

Organized 1881

1st log structure 1881 - 1886; 2nd 1886 - 1897, built 1897 remodeled in 1925. 
Wooden frame L shaped, 30 X 45, plain square windows and doors, belfry and bell, 
capacity 210, value of building $2300, value of 2 acres $200, total value of 
church property $2500.00. First settled clergy Rev. Frank Morris, tenure 1881 - 
1885, present membership 155. The members of this organization worshipped for a 
period of about 6 years without a regular clergyman to serve them. They were 
served by visiting clergyman. One acre of land was given to the church by Mr. 
Jesse McGee and one acre was given by Mr. Alonzo McGee, both whites and large 
land owners in this community.
