Application for Divorce.
To Polly Cook: You are hereby notified that Cbauncey Cook, your husband, has applied
to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga Co, for a divorce from the bonds of matrimony,
and that the Judges of the said Court have appointed Monday, the 3d day of December
next, at the Court House in Wellsboro’ for the hearing of the said Chauncey Cook in
the premises, at which time and place yon can attend if you think proper.
