LIBEN IN DIVORCE - Bertha Schaffer vs. H. F. Schaffer, in the Court of Common 
Pleas for Blair county, Pa., No. 152 March term, 1916.  To H. F. Schaffer, 
respondent: The original and alias subpoenas in the above case, having been 
duly returned n. e. i., you are hereby notified to appear at the Court of 
Common Pleas for said county, on Monday, 7th day of October, 1918, at 10 
o'clock a.m. to show cause why a decree of divorce should not be granted 
against you.

  To H. F. Schaffer, respondent: Notice is hereby given you that I have been 
appointed master to take the testimony in the above case and suggest a decree 
and report same to the Court, and that I will sit for the purpose of my 
appointment at my office, room 10, Nicholson building, No. 1425 Eleventh 
avenue, Altoona, Pa., on Tuesday, October the 8th, at 10 o'clock a.m., when 
and where you may attend if you see proper.
