LIBEL IN DIVORCE - In the Court of Common Pleas of Blair county,
Pennsylvania, No. 87, October term 1917. In Divorce. Cora J. Hasson vs.
Charles D. Hasson.
To Cora J. Hasson, Respondent: Your husband, Charles D. Hasson, has filed
his libel against you praying for the causes therein set forth, that he be
granted a divorce from the bonds of matrimony heretofore entered into with
you. The original and alias subpoena having been returned n. e. i., your
place of residence being without the county of Blair and unknown, a pluries
subpoena was awarded, returnable the first Monday of May, 1918, to wit: May
6th, A.D., 1918, and an order of publication was made. You are, therefore,
notified and commanded to appear at Hollidaysburg on the said first Monday of
May, A.D. 1918 to answer the said libel and show cause, if any you have, why
the prayer of the libellant should not be granted. Failure in this, the case
will be heard and a decree may be made against you in your absence.
WILLIAM H. ORR, Sheriff of Blair county, Pa.
  June 26, 1918.
To Cora J. Hasson, Respondent: Take notice that I have been appointed
Master to take the testimony and suggest a decree to the Court in the above
stated case, and that I will sit for the purpose of my appointment at my
offices, Rooms 1, 2 and 5, Central Trust building, Altoona, Pa., on Friday,
September 20, A.D. 1918, at 2 p.m., when and where you may appear with your
witnesses, if you so desire.
