Mary Etta Waltman,  } In the Court of Common
by her next friend, }Pleas of Bedford County,
John Eshleman       }No. 21, Nov. Term, 1859.
vs.                 }Alias subpoena on Libel
George Waltman.     }for Divorce.
The undersigned, appointed Commissioner to take testimony in the above case, will
attend to the duties of his appointment, at his office, in the Borough of Bedford,
on Saturday, the 21st day of January, A. D., 1860, when and where all parties
interested may attend.
