Alias Subpoena on Libel for Divorce.
Alcinda W. Smith,  {No. 23, August Term,
 vs.               {1858. in the Common
Wm. Smith.         {Pleas of Bedford Co.
NOTICE is hereby given to the Defendant in the above case that a Subpoena and alias
Subpoena on Libel for Divorce has been issued, the last of said writs is returnable
30th August, 1858, and that the said Defendant is required to appear on or before
said day and answer to the complaint of the Plaintiff as provided for by act of
Assembly. WM. S. FLUCK, Sheriff.  June 11, 1858.
