You will please take notice that a rule has been granted on you in the above case to
show cause, if any you have, why a divorce a vinculo matrimonii should not be
decreed therein. Returned Monday, April 25, 1870, at 10 o'clock A. M. Personal
service having failed on account of your absence. M A. FOISTS, Att'y. for Libellant
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, appointed by the said Court examiner,
to take testimony, in the above stated case, will meet all parties interested, at
his office, in Bedford, on Wednesday, April 20, 1870, at 2 o'clock P. M., of said
