DIVORCE NOTICE

Robert Godfrey,
      Vs.
Esther Ann Godfrey.

In the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County.  No. 81, August Sessions, 1923.  Action in 
Divorce.

To:  Esther Ann Godfrey, late of Gettysburg, Penna., respondent.

You will please take notice, that on April 14th, 1924, the undersigned was duly appointed Master 
in Divorce by the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, Pennsylvania, in the above entitled 
action, in which your husband, Robert Godfrey, has brought action for absolute divorce against 
you, on the ground of desertion, and that the undersigned will hold a meeting for the purpose 
of taking testimony in said case, at 10 o’clock A. M., on Wednesday, May 21st, 1924, at his 
office in the Masonic Building, Centre Square, Gettysburg, Adams County, Pa., when and where 
you may attend with witnesses and counsel and be heard, if you so desire.
