DIVORCE

Mary Kemp         } Court of Common 
vs. Braddock Kemp } Pleas of Adams county.

Action for Divorce a vinculo Matrimonii.

In pursuance of the order of the Honorable the Court of Common Pleas of said County, BRADDOCK 
KEMP, the Defendant, is hereby notified to appear before the said Court at Gettysburg, on 
Monday the 8th day of January next, then and there to shew cause, if any he hath, why the pray?? 
of the Petitioner should not be granted.
