  OSIKOWICZ, Theresa Elizabeth (Brizzi)  04/16/06  Daily American
  
    Theresa Elizabeth (Brizzi) Osikowicz, Slickville, died April 16, 2006. Born Sept. 24 in
  Wall, a daughter of the late Sam and Elizabeth (Rollo) Brizzi. In addition to her parents,
  she is preceded in death by a brother, Bruno Brizzi, and stepmother, Rose Brizzi. Survived
  by her loving husband, David Osikowicz; a daughter, Debora (Osikowicz) Momeyer and
  husband, David of Harrison City; three sons, Mark Osikowicz and wife, Rose Ann, David
  Osikowicz and wife, Deborah of Punxsutawney, and Gregory Osikowicz and wife, Cherie,
  Somerset; 10 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Trevor David, Jacob, Samantha, Brittney, Sutton,
  Morgan, Seth, Patrick, Nicole Mahsoob and husband, Jad; and two great-grandchildren,
  Samuel and Lucas Mahsoob. In addition, she is survived by a brother, James Brizzi, two
  sisters, Mary (Brizzi) Conti and Gloria (Brizzi) Kirkpatrick, a sister-in-law, Theresa
  Osikowicz Sheliga, seven nieces and two nephews. Member of the St. Sylvesters Roman
  Catholic Church, Rosary Alter Society at St. Sylvesters Roman Catholic Church, and the
  Slickville Chapter of the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera. She worked for the United States
  Postal Service at the Slickville and Greensburg offices and volunteered at Westmoreland
  Hospital. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Vaia Funeral Home Inc.,
  463 Athena Drive, Delmont, Pa. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St.
  Sylvesters Roman Catholic Church, Slickville. The Rev. Anthony Carbone is Celebrant.
  Interment will follow at Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. The family requests in lieu
  of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Theresa Osikowicz to St. Sylvesters
  Roman Catholic Church, Slickville, or a charity of ones' choice. For directions, go to
