Carrolltown Man Dies in Rockwood 

The funeral of J. J. Weakland, a native of Carroll township, who died last Sunday at the 
home of his daughter, Mrs. James Kirkpatrick of Rockwood, was held from St. Benedict's 
Catholic church, Carrolltown, Wednesday morning and interment was made in the 
church cemetery.  The body was brought to Carrolltown Tuesday afternoon.  The 
deceased was a widower and for the last two years had made his home with his 
daughter in Rockwood. He is also survived by three other daughters, as follows:  Mrs. J. 
Fitzpatrick of Carrolltown; Cecelia and Catherine of Windber.
