Miss Maggie Fitzpatrick of Tunnelhill and James S. Watts of Conemaugh were
united in marriage in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Gallitzin at 6 o'clock
Tuesday morning, July 11, by the Rev. J. J. Deasy, after which a nuptial high
mass was celebrated. The attendants were Raymond Troxell of Gallitzin and
Miss Fannie Fitzgerald, a sister of the bride. After the ceremony a bounteous
wedding breakfast was served to the immediate friends of the family at the
home of the bride's parents.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Bertram of Tunnelhill and is a
favorite with her many friends. Mr. Watts is employed by the Pennsylvania
Railroad company and is an efficient and industrious young man.
Mr. and Mrs. Watts left Tuesday morning for a wedding tour to Pittsburg and
other points in the west. They will reside at Johnstown upon their return.
