NORTHSIDE BRAKEMAN DIED FROM INJURIES
 
A P SHOOK died at the Mercy Hospital this morning as a result of being
injured last Tuesday morning in the Allegheny yards of the Pittsburg,
Ft Wayne & Chicago Railroad while working as a brakeman. He was 43
years old, married, and lived at 950 Kirkpatrick Street, Allegheny.
The body was removed to the morgue and later to the SHOOK home.

Andrew SHOOK, age 43 years 11 months 12 days, married, brakeman, died
on December 18, 1902, at Mercy Hospital, struck by a train; son of
John and Kate SHOOK; born in Armstrong Co PA; lived at 950 Kirkpatrick
Avenue; burial in Union Dale Cemetery on December 21, 1902.
 
 
City directories list him as both Andrew T and Thomas.
