Taken from The Jewish Criterion, 28 Feb 1936, page 21, 

Mrs. Anna Caplan, widow of Meyer Caplan, died suddenly Monday in
her home, 722 Kirkpatrick Street. Funeral Services were held Tuesday
at 2 p. m.

     She leaves six daughters, Mrs. Clara Kuntz, Mrs. Bella Livingston,
of Buffalo, N. Y., Mrs. Sophia Myers, Mrs. Jennie Cummings, Mrs. Eva 
Rosenthal and Mrs. Goldie Gerson; two sons, Harry and Sam Caplan, and 
12 grandchildren
