by said Jacob GIRARDIN to the Receiver General, as by the said warrant and
receipt recorded by thereunto had may appeared. And whereas the said Jacob
GIRARDIN (by the name of JIRARDING) by Bill of sale or conveyance bearing date
the 30 November 1734 for the consideration thereon grant bargain, sell, convey
the land unto Jacob SEIBERT in fee. Who by assignment on the said bill of sale
ind_______, granted, bargained, assigned, transferred and set over his right
unto the said tract of land and promise with said Jacob SEIBERT in fee as by
the said bill of sale assignment hereon indorsed at large appeared. S. Amd. And
the other tract contained 7 acres or there about as of Proprietary Warrant of
1752 for 10 acres and whereas the said Abraham LEVAN, for a value consideration
to him in hand well and truly paid, bargained and sold to George SEIBERT, that
your petition Father on 5 April 1765 made his last will and Testament and soon
after died wherein and whereby he devised unto his Eldest son Casper a part of
the said 2 tracts and unto his son Christian the remainder subject to payment
of certain sums of money and Legacy unto said will ____ as in and by the said
will, testament duly proved 10 March 1766 remaining in register Generals office
at Reading in said County of Berks at large appears and when Casper and
