IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
According to information given to me when I came to work in the
Register of Deeds Office this typed set of grantor/grantee indexes
was created in 1929. Thus, you will find a number of "grouped data
entries" that were designated at the time the indexes were created.
These "grouped data entries" appear in the non-human name category,
i.e. the corporation sections. The grouping of "group data entries"
was used up until this index was closed on October 31, 1969.

Division of Land: Listing incomplete: apparently, the grouping not
utilized on and after 1941. S.W. Andrews, Register of Deeds, died
and the new staff was unaware of its existence. This statement is
an assumption on my part.
Over the years some "grouped data entries" were separated in order
to eliminate the indexing volume in certain established groups. You
must be careful in your search of the non-human, i.e. corporation
sections, as you will find some duplicate entries for the "grouped
data."
