Succession of Hypolite Andrepont and his wife Mirzah Lejeune No. 416

Probate Docket, 18th District Court, Acadia parish, Louisiana

October 10, 1901

By order of the above court in the matter, I will sell for cash at public auction, 
at the last residence of the above named deceased three miles north of Iota 
commencing at 10:00 a.m., Saturday October 10, 1901, the following property 
belonging to the above succession, to-wit:

Sale of land to be conducted at the principal front door of the couthouse at 
Crowley, LA at 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 22, 1901.

The east half of a tract of prairie land containging 90 arpents more or less in 
Acadia Parish lying abut 3.75 miles north of Iota, and bound north by Homer 
Lejeune; south by Angelas Lejeune; east by Nicholas Ledoux and west by 
Christophe Lejeune; being part of the Louis Louallier grant and a portion of 
the same property which the deceased, Hypolite Andrepont, acquired about 
thirty years ago from Jules Deballion; also the west half of the said tract of 
land.
