No. 203862 Donation Book No. 3 at Page 446

I, Mrs. Espie Stakes Taylor, being of sound mind and body, but realizing the
uncertainty of life, make this my last will and testament, revoking all others:
First = I desire that all my just debts be paid.
Second = I will, devise and bequeath to my husband, Leon Asa Taylor, usufruct
during his lifetime, of all separate property owned by me at the time of my death
and of my undivided one-half interest in and to all property of the community of
acquets and gains existing between my husband, Leon Asa Taylor and my self
owned by me at the time of my death, and I particularly will, devise and bequeath
to my husband, Leon Asa Taylor the usufruct of all minerals and mineral royalties,
and my interest in irrigation wells, owned by me at the time of my death, such
usufruct to terminate at his death.
Third = I will, devise and bequeath in equal proportions to my children John
Asa Taylor, Millard Delha(ye) Taylor, Freda Taylor Marmino, wife of Paul Marmino,
and Leon Oleson Taylor, all separate property owned by me at the time of my
death, and my undivided one-half interest in and to all property of the community
of acquets and gains existing between my husband, Leon Asa Taylor and myself,
owned by me at the time of my death, subject to the usufruct here in bequeathed
to my husband, Leon Asa Taylor. I make and appoint my husband, Leon Asa
Taylor the executor of this my last will and testament, giving him seizin of my
estate from the moment of my death, and dispense him from furnishing bond
as testamentary executor and as usufructuary, thus entirely written, dated and
signed with my own hand in Acadia Parish, Louisiana, on this twenty-first day
of October, nineteen hundred and forty-seven.

                                    (Signature) Mrs. Espie Stakes Taylor
