Petition for Transfer
September 4, 1876

A petition signed by Jule Quibodeau, Mercial Noel, Michel Johnson and 13 
other citizens, was received asking to be re-transferred from the 2nd to 
the 4th Justice of Peace ward. 
 
Postponed until next meeting.
