In the name of God Amen, I FRANCIS CUNNINGHAM of the County of Shelby being in a low
state of health but sound in mind and memory calling to mind that we are all mortal,
do make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say prinsipally and
first of all I recommend my Soul into the hand of Almighty God that gave it and my
body I commend to the Earth from whence it came, and touching such worldly
Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give and devise
and dispose of the same in the following form Viz.

first I gave and bequeath to my grand daughter KESIAH HILL one hundred dollars and
I leave to my Granddaughter JENET CRUTHERS (CARRUTHERS) one bed and bedding of
Cloth worth twenty dollars and to son ROBERT I leave one eighth part of my lands
and the rest to be divided in three parts, one to POLLY CROTHER'S children,
and one to PEGGY HILL and one to REBECAH ROBERTSON and the fifty acres WILLIAM
and REBECAH ROBERTSON has got shall be counted in there share so that the three
