KY Will Book A p. 75 1 Sep 1827 To my dearly beloved daughter Sary ELKIN I will and bequeath the use prosper and benefit of my estate except what will pay my debts which are but few and none of magnitude, to my daughter Sary ELKIN I will my cupboard and bed and one Cow and Alyett ELKIN I will my Gun and to Benjamin ELKIN I will my sadel, to Polly ELKIN my Grand daughter I will my looking Glass to Sary ELKIN I give my sadel bags, to Nancy TAYLOR my other daughter I give my horse per ordered her beast is dead which was living when I was ther and if her beast is yet living my horse is to fall to Sary ELKIN and if in case my pention is drawn or can be drawed I give out of that money to my daughter Nancy TAYLOR $10 and the s’d pention is due on the 4 day of September 1827, I Seth BOTS do hereby certify that this is my last will and Testament being in my due Sences and it is my desier fo rthe above named property to belong to my heirs that I have named and those that I have mad my heirs to be theirs forever.
