In the name of God amen I DANIEL WALKER being weake of body but thank God of 
Sound mind and disposing memory do make and ordain this my last will and 
Testament in the following manner

first I resign my soul to God who gave it and my body to the earth from whence 
it came 

2nd  that all my just debts be paid.

3rd I bequeath to my beloved wife ELIZABETH WALKER and to my son AMBROUS B. 
WALKER the plantation whereon I now live to be equal and jointly between them 
together with the farming tools of 
every kind reserven (?) to my wife the entire Control of my dwelling house  
also I will to my wife my Interest in a tract of land Lying on Blackford Creek 
in Breckinridge County to dispose of as she may think proper the Land  Laid and 
entered in the name of PETER ABELL also my write to a negro boy named 
WALTON which I hold by an article of Agreement from LUCY POLK also all the 
money I have in the house together with all my live stock, household and 
kitchen furniture during her natural life except what is 
heretofore willed.

4th I bequeath to my son AMBROSE B. WALKER the plantation Whereon I now live 
with all my farming tools at the death of my wife to him and his heirs forever.

5th I bequeath to my daughter ELENOR KURTZE fifty dollars in money and all the 
property she has heretofore had from me.

6th I bequeath to my daughter LUCY WALKER fifty dollars in money, one bed 
bedstead and furniture and one  Bureau, one Side Saddle and horse to be equal 
in Value to one my daughter Elenor had.

7th I bequeath to my daughters above named all the money and property of every 
kind that be left and remain at the death of my wife to be legally divided 
between them.

lastly I appoint my son AMBROSE B. WALKER to Convey this my last will into 
affect my Executor.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seel 
this 22 day of May 1831.
