In the name of God, amen.  I Robert WHEELER of Bullitt County, State of 
Kentucky being weak in body but of sound mind and memory and  desiring to 
dispose of all my property both real and personal before my death do make 
declare and publish this as my last will and testament  - 

and First I will and desire that after my death, to be buried in a proper 
decent and Christian manner by my Executors hereafter named, out of my 
property and that she pay all my just debts, if I owe any, not of any 
property of my estate she may think most admirable.

Secondly I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah WHEELER all the residue 
of my estate both real and personal for her use and support and the support 
of the family of children now under the age of twenty one years, namely John 
Martin WHEELER, Cynthia Ann WHEELER, Elitha America WHEELER, Mary Elizabeth 
WHEELER, Robert James WHEELER and Raner (?) Frances WHEELER until they arrive 
of age an may leave the family.  My ---- wife is to have and enjoy the same 
and have the whole management of all my property both real and personal 
during her natural life, and at her death I will and desire that all my 
property both real and personal be equally devised among all my children 
namely Nancy Ashburn WHEELER, Martha Jane who intermarried with James CLARK, 
James Martin WHEELER, Cynthi Ann WHEELER, Elitha America WHEELER, Mary 
Elizabeth WHEELER, Robert James WHEELER, Raner (?) Frances WHEELER and should 
any of my said children die without issue it is my will that the Survivors 
make an equal division of the property left by the deceased without going to 
law.

Lastly I do appoint my beloved wife, Sarah WHEELER sole executrix of this my 
last will and testament and it is my desire and will that she be permitted to 
enter upon the duties herein assigned her without being compelled to give 
Security, by the County Court, for the faithful discharge of her duty as 
executrix of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have 
herunto set my hand and affixed my seal this Seventh day of November 1843.

21 Jun 1821 Bullitt Co. Deed Book D p. 413  THOMAS WELLER of Bullitt County of the one 
part to JAMES CRAWFORD of Hardin County of the other part.  Witnesseth that for and in 
Consideration of the sum of two hundred and Seventy dollars to him this day lent by 
said CRAWFORD and for the purpose of securing him the said CRAWFORD in the faithful 
payment of said money, doth mortgage to him the following property (towit) one bay 
horse of the value of forty dollars, one grey mare of the value of forty dollars, two 
beds, bedsteads & entire furnitre of the value of thirty dollars, one red one brindle 
and one pied Cow of the value of Ten dollars each and bureau and one cupboard of the 
value of Ten dollars each, two yearlings, two Calves of the value of ten dollars one 
plough, two pairs of Gears of the value of Ten dollars, two saddles, mans and womans 
and two bridles of the value of Twenty Dollars, Pot mettle (?) & Kitchen furniture of 
the value of Ten dollars, twenty head of hogs of the value of Twenty five dollars all 
the grain growing on the farm where s’d WELLER now lives of the value of thirty 
dollars, one wheat stack of the value of five dollars to him the said CRAWFORD, his 
heirs Executors and administrators forever .. .Conditioned that if the said WELLER 
shall pay on or before the 1st of December next the sum of two hundred seventy dollars 
with Interest at the rate of six per centum per annum from this day until the day of 
payment the right and property to be reverted to said WELLER.
