One note on Perry HIBBS for thirty nine dollars, and fifty seven cents dated 15 March 1858 
due one day after date and payable to the order of SMITH & HOGLAN.

One note on Stephen DANIEL for five Dollars dated and due 14 March 1869

One note on David HENDERSON for ten dollars dated and due 26 Jan 1863

One note on Thomas SHIRLEY for one hundred and five dollars and ninety nine cents dated and

SHIRLEY for value received 10 March 1849.  Credit by 20 on the note payed by B.-- SHIRLEY 18 
Aug 1852.

One note on Rufus S. CONGROVE for five dollars payable to Isaac JACKSON and due 27 Dec 1864.

One note on George W. FOX and Hiram TROUTMAN for eighty dollars payable to Henry SHIRLEY
