Brother Joseph Ross sat as Moderator 

Opened the Door for reception of members. Received Sister Elizabeth Brown by experience 

The Church went into choice of delegates to the Association as follows Wm. Slade, B B Rutland 

and Gabriel Mc Clelland in case of failure.

Ft Early Church, the Church sat in conference Bro Gabriel Mc Clelland was chosen as Moderator 

He produced a letter which was received. Went into selection of Clerk, Brother Slade was chosen 

The Church agreed to pay Wm Slade four dollars for keeping the House cleaned 

Agreed to call for supply for the present year which was laid over to December conference. 


Agreed that our meeting days be the 1st Sabbath and Saturday before each month.

Brother McClelland made application for letter of dismission for himself and wife and the 

Church refused to grant them on account of nonattendance to conference. 

Agreed to raise a Church fund to pay the cleaning of the Church. 

Appointed a Committee viz William W Brown, William Slade, J J Slappy and John Goodman 

To see Brother McClelland and ask him to give the Church satisfaction for his nonattendance. 

Agreed to raise a standing fund to defray the expense of the Church and the Treasurer 

James Matthews is requested to keep a just account of all the money raised and paid over to

And then secreting back to the Church to erase his name from this Church in some way to suit 
themselves, and on trying fellowship, He was excommunicated.

adopted. 

By the request of Brother Goff, a letter of dismission was granted to himself and Sister Goff.

On Sabbath preaching by the same Brethren the Door of the Church opened to James D Posey
