In pursuance of an order of the honorable, the inferior court of the county 
aforesaid setting for ordinary purposes, passed (?) at November term, eighteen 
hundred and thirty one for the division of the estate of William Walker, senr., 
late of said county and state, died, after being duly sworn, we proceeded to 
divide the same as follows, to wit. To Mrs. Mary Walker, widow of the said 
William Walker, senr. we assigned and appointed the following tracks of land. To
