George Taylor

ALBANY — George Taylor, 94, of Albany, GA, died Friday, December 6, 2002, in 
Lewisville, TX.

The funeral service will be held Monday, 11 A.M. at Kimbrell-Stern with 
interment to follow at Floral Memory Gardens.

A native of Central Falls, RI, Mr. Taylor was a Mason and a member of the Crape 
Myrtle Chapter #163 O.E.S. He worked for Coats and Clark Textile for over 50 
years retiring as a foreman. He was preceded in death by his wife Bertha 
Jacques Taylor in 1985.

He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Shaffer and her husband, Theodore, 
Jr. of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Janis Salviz and her husband Joe of 
Lewisville, TX; one son, Kenneth G. Taylor and his wife Kathy of Albany, GA; 
seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 7 
brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends at Kimbrell-Stern Sunday from 7 P.M. to 8 P.M.
