LEESBURG, GA

Mrs. Amanda Green (Mandi) Lyon, 29, of 213 Spring Lake Dr. in Leesburg, Ga. 
died Jan. 24, 2006 at her residence.

The funeral service will be Thursday, 2 p.m. at Byne Memorial Baptist Church. 
Dr. William H. Sims, III, the Rev. 
John Tarrer and the Rev. Ross Clemmons officiating. Interment will follow in 
Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of Albany, Ga., Mrs. Lyon has lived in Leesburg since 1989. She was a 
member of Byne Memorial Baptist 
Church, teacher with the Lee County School System, 1995 Graduate of Lee County 
High School and a 2000 graduate 
of Valdosta State University. 

Mandi will always be known as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and 
friend.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory A. Lyon of Leesburg; son, Landon Charles 
Lyon of Leesburg; parents, Steven 
and Barbara Green of Leesburg; sisters, Misty Green Carr of Albany; Casey Green 
of Albany; Nikki Green of Leesburg, 
maternal- grandparents, Charles and Faye Cox of Pelham, paternal-grandparents, 
Paul and Blanche Green of Camilla; 
great-grandmother, Monteen Massey of Bainbridge.

The family received friends Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Kimbrell-Stern.
