Date of Death: June 17, 2007  

Mr. James D. Heflin, 82 of  Devon Dr, died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at his 
residence. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at Kimbrell-
Stern. He has been cremated and will have a service at a later date at 
Andersonville National Cemetery. 

A native of Randolph, AL, Mr. Heflin had lived in Albany since 1970. He was 
preceded in death by his parents Henry Grady Heflin and Mary Duke Heflin and a 
brother Henry Grady Heflin, Jr. 

Survivors include his wife Gulma Traywick Heflin, Albany; sons, James Duke 
Heflin, Jr., Montgomery, AL, Irby Deramus Heflin, Clanton, AL; daughters, 
Valerie Heflin, San Antonio, TX, Lorri Heflin Donovan, and her husband Jack, 
West Chester, PA; grandsons, Patrick Heflin, Pensacola, FL, David Heflin, 
Andalusia, AL, John Donovan, III, Andrew Donovan and Cameron Donovan all of 
West Chester, PA. Those desiring please make memorial to the American Cancer

1828, Albany, GA 31702.
