Date of Death: July 11, 2007  

 Mr. Arthur E. Clark, 84, of Albany died July 11, 2007 at his residence. His 
funeral service will be 11 AM Friday at Kimbrell-Stern with interment in Crown 
Hill Cemetery. Rev. Ken Chancellor officiating. 

A native of Chattahoochee, Fl, Mr. Clark resided in Albany for the last 58 
years, moving here from Jacksonville, FL to open the office of Atlantic Loan 
Company where he was the manager for 30 years. 

He was a charter member of Albany Moose Lodge 1285 and a member of American 
Legion Post 30. He was an Army veteran of World War II serving from 1943 to 
1945 and was awarded the Purple Heart. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Felder Clark and Hixie Cambron 
Clark. Survivors include his wife, Blanche Hatton Clark of Albany; two sons, 
Buddy Clark and his wife Ginger of Albany, Steve Clark and his wife Sara of 
Leesburg; four grandchildren, John Clark and his fiancée Fiona Nairn of 
Atlanta, Julie Davis and her husband Heath of Albany, Mary Puckett and her 
husband Danny of Atlanta, Brian Clark of Leesburg; a brother, James Clark and 
his wife Jackie of Albany; two sisters, Edna Jones and her husband Art of 
Leesburg, Carroll Smith and her husband Billy of Griffin and several nieces and 
nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at Kimbrell-
