Dorothy Brock Carter

ALBANY — Dorothy Brock Carter, 74, S. Shadowlawn Drive, died Friday, January 
17, 2003 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

The funeral service will be Monday, 2 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. The Rev. 
Chuck Auschwitz officiating.

Born in Decatur County, Mrs. Carter had lived in Albany a number of years and 
was retired from Sears after 30 years of service. She was a member of Oak Grove 
Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Arthur Carter of Albany; sisters, Doris B. 
Cumbie of Climax, and Frances B. Walker of Atlanta; brother-in-law, Ralph E. 
Carter of Morrow; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the residence.
