Date of Birth: January 30, 1932  
Date of Death: June 02, 2005  

Mr. Callahan was born January 30, 1932 in Wyandotte, Michigan to the late Felix 
and Anna Callahan. After graduating from High School, he joined the U. S. 
Marine Corps, serving during the Korean Conflict, and earning the rank Of 
Sergeant. He later served as Junior Vice Commander of the Marine Corps League 
in Wyandotte. He retired from CSX Railroad in 1997 and was an avid sports fan, 
participating in various sports until his later years. He was a member of 
Leesburg United Methodist Church where he was a member of the Friendship Sunday 
School Class. 

Survivors include: his wife, Joyce Fitzgerald Callahan; four sons: Mike 
Callahan, Chris Callahan and his wife Cheryl, Tommy Gregors Jr. and his wife 
Sandy, Joe Gregors and his wife Tammy; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 
two sisters: Betty Ann Keys and her late husband Jim, Mary Ellen Christie and 
her husband Ed; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive 
friends Sunday, June 4, 2004 at Kimbrell-Stern from 2 PM till 3:30 PM. In lieu 
of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Leesburg United 
Methodist Church, P.O. Box 207, Leesburg GA 31763 or the American Cancer 
Society, Dougherty-Lee Unit, P.O. Box 1201, Albany, GA 31702. 

The family will receive friends Sunday, June 5, 2005 at Kimbrell-Stern from 2 
PM till 3:30 PM. The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Monday, June 6, 2004, 
graveside at Riverside Cemetery. Rev.H. Eugene Barlow will officiate.
