Hilda Stewart Branch 

ALBANY — Hilda Stewart Branch, 77, of Albany died Wednesday at her 
residence. 

Her graveside service will be held at 10 AM Saturday at Crown Hill 
Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Ronald Baxley officiating. 

Born to William and Lucille Stewart, she, her brother, and sister 
were the first set of triplets born in Mitchell County. Mrs. Branch 
was a seamstress and loved to fish. She attended Amazing Grace 
Baptist Church. Mrs. Branch was preceded in death by her husband, 
Louis Roger Branch. 

She is survived by a son, Roger A. Branch and his wife, Connie of 
Leesburg; a daughter, Deb Monroe and her husband, Derry of Albany; 
two sisters, Hallie Till of El Paso, TX, and Naomi Bell of Havana, 
FL; three grandchildren, Alan Branch, Lacy Branch, and Tiffany Brown 
and her husband Jeremy; and one great-grandson, Landon Woodham. 

Relatives and friends are welcome to come by Mrs. Branch’s residence 
to visit with the family at any time. Anyone wishing to pay their 
respects and view Mrs. Branch may go to Kimbrell-Stern Funeral 
Directors.
