Date of Birth: July 03, 1922  
Date of Death: June 20, 2006

Chief MSGT. Charles W. Agee (Ret’d), 83 of 2302 Tuxedo Ln. in Albany died June 
20, 2006 at Palmyra Medical Center.  

A native of Beckley, W.VA, Mr. Agee has lived in Albany since 1965 where he was 
a member of Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church and the Fellowship 
Sunday School class. He was a Shriner and a member of Masonic Lodge #591, the 
Golden K Kiwanis Club and was retired from Dougherty County Maintenance 
Department. Mr. Agee served in the United States Air force during World War 
II ,Korea and Vietnam with the 352nd Fighter Group known as the “Blue Noser’s” 
retiring with 30 years of service. 

Survivor’s include his wife, Virginia D. Agee of Albany, GA, son, Dale Agee and 
his wife Monica Greco of Atlanta, GA, stepdaughter, Connie Visco and her 
husband Ralph of Woodstock, GA, five grandchildren, Alec Freeland Agee, Richard 
Mario Agee, Virginia Kathryn Visco, Carson Anthony Visco and Summer Lauren 
Simpson and a number of nieces and nephews. 

Those desiring please make memorials to Porterfield Memorial United Methodist 
Church, 2200 Dawson Rd. Albany, GA 31707. 

The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 PM till 7:30 PM at Kimbrell-
Stern.The funeral service will be Saturday 10 AM at Porterfield Memorial United 
Methodist Church. Rev. Nathan Godley and Rev. Nancy Scarbrough officiating. 
Interment will follow in Crown Hill cemetery with military honors.
