J. E. Wallace

The funeral service of James E. "Edd" Wallace, 65, of 1207 Colquitt Ave., who died
Wednesday, will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Kimbrell  - Stern. Interment will
follow in Floral Memory Gardens.
Mr. Wallace, a native of Ozark, Ala., had lived in Albany 24 years and was retired
from civil service after 27 years. He was a member of Westview Baptist Church, Dougherty
Lodge 519 F&AM, VFW Post 2785 and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bertha Glass Wallace, Albany; two sons, James E. Wallace
Jr. Atlanta and Richard Wallace, Albany; two sisters, Mrs. r. L. Strickland, Thomasville
and Mrs. R. b. Grace, Ozark, Ala., and a grandson.
